If Casablanca is one of your favorite films, maybe you'll be one of the few people to appreciate my younger daughter's name: Ilsa.
Yes, I can understand and appreciate Ilsa.
And after being to Prague, and seeing various different things including the church of SS Cyril and Methodius where the Czech soldiers made their last stand after assigninating Heydrich, I can understand why they made Victor Lazlo Czech.
It is a film that bears watching over and over. There is so much techniquee in it as well
Fruitcake? Seriously?
Ah but you may never have had the Collins Street Bakery fruit cake. It is wonderful -- full of pecans etc.
My grandfather starting us them in the late 70s, and I continue to get one every year. There is one sitting in my dining room, waiting, waiting, waiting.
AAAHHHH!! I love Collins Street Bakery Fruitcake! We get one every year! I love the Apricot Pecan one. In fact, last time we were in Texas, we made a special sidetrip to Corsicana just to pick one up! LOL
Ok, I'm at this very moment reminded just how small the world can be. I thought you meant doorstopper fruitcake. :)
Oh I love these things - you get to learn some of the neatest things about people! Thanks for sharing!
Have a great Holiday!
